How it works

1

Medical prescription

Your doctor prescribes the sessions (type, number, frequency). Up to 8 sessions for common pathology, 16 post-surgical, 64 for severe pathology.

2

CNS approval

Hand over the prescription at your first session (within 31 days). The physiotherapist submits the request to CNS, who issues a coverage notice.

3

Direct billing

CNS pays its share directly to the practice. You only pay any remaining balance at the end of treatment.

24 h cancellation policy

Any session cancelled or missed less than 24 hours in advance will be invoiced in full to the patient. CNS does not cover these sessions. Please let us know as soon as possible.

Other disciplines

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is not reimbursed by CNS. Some complementary health insurers may cover all or part of the sessions.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture sessions provided at the practice are not covered by CNS. Please check with your complementary insurer.

Kinesiology

Kinesiology is not reimbursed by CNS.

Naturopathy & Wellness massage

Fees confirmed directly with each practitioner when booking.
